A very honest account of being a mother today.  Dr LeBlanc draws on research for her PhD which involved over 100 mothers and reports on the responses they gave to her questions.  She provides an easy-to-read account of the themes that emerged from her interviews where women talked candidly about the realities of motherhood.  At the end of each chapter there’s also a practical section entitled ‘Help for Hanging in There’.
